PACIFIC RIM

Charlie Hunnam (Jax Teller in biker drama Sons Of Anarchy, 2008-2014) is rumoured to be returning to the smallscreen for the 2019 animated version of Pacific Rim – he played robot pilot Raleigh Becket in the 2013 sci-fi movie of the same name, although he skipped the sequel in 2018. The rights have been bought by streaming giant Netflix who are planning to give it an adult, anime-style production that won’t be suitable for children. They’ve also announced four other animated series, including an adaptation of their sci-fi dystopian series Altered Carbon (2018-current).
