Gabriel unwittingly makes a deal with the devil, and Lalage fights for her life in hospital. Sechaba tries to hide his romance with Phindile, and Gabriel’s day of reckoning has arrived. Sechaba is jealous with rage when Phindile receives a gift from an admirer, and Lalage returns to work despite her illness. Sechaba offers to return Phindile’s gifts to Obakeng but she stops him, Majola warns Gabriel to stay away, and Hendrik’s confusion drives him further away from his wife Lalage and sister-in-law Wendy.
