Calling all comedy and fantasy lovers: new seasons of Marvel’s Runaways (2017- current), mermaid series Siren (2018- current), episode-anthology Room 104 (2017- current), Bold Type (2017- current), SMILF (2017- current) and Magicians (2015- current) will all première on Showmax in the first quarter of 2019 – before they are screened by any other broadcasters. Room 104 has fantastic guest stars this season, including comedian Charlyne Yi in episode 1 and Judy Greer and RuPaul’s Drag Race (2009- current) fan favourite Katya Zamolodchikova in episode 3. And we’ll also be counting our clamshells until season 2 of Sirens brings more apex predatorlevel mermaids flooding into Bristol Cove to feast and fight.
