Mam’Sonto played the caring mother and tried to find out why her daughter Pretty was really planning to marry Sbonga, a man she doesn’t know, and Thathi made sure that her son Langa didn’t get too close to Melusi.
10 – 12 MARCH
Thathi and Langa clash when she loses her temper with him, and Thathi’s feud with Gladys is about to worsen. A conversation is overheard by the wrong person and it’s going to have repercussions for Pretty and Sbonga, and Langa tries to get back into everyone’s good books. Pretty is determined to make her way to the altar, Gladys wants her husband Melusi to reconnect with their troublemaker son Ntokozo, and Thathi crushes her son’s dreams.
15 – 19 MARCH
Thathi panics when she discovers that Melusi and Langa have been in an accident despite her orders that they not spend time together, and Pretty realises that her new husband is going to be a problem when he makes plans without telling her. Gladys is stunned when she learns something tragic about her husband, and there is trouble brewing for Thathi when Melusi puts two and two together when it comes to Langa. Thathi is shocked by an arrival at home who is going to change her world for the worse, and Pretty isn’t sure about the visitor either. Gladys needs to make an impossible decision that will hurt her family in the short-term, and Melusi and Langa’s bonding continues to irk Thathi.
22 – 23 MARCH
Gladys confronts Thathi and reveals that she knows what Thathi is hiding, and Melusi and Thathi reminisce about their past bond.
