RANT & RAVE
Wow! Generations has reached a new low. Jack giving his mother drugs and people openly smoking drugs. No wonder our country is in such a mess – DENNIS, SMS
Jack’s storyline in Generations is becoming too much. And his whistling style of talking is offputting – ANONYMOUS, SMS
Good job, Marang (in Muvhango) for trashing James’s place. Someone who hurt your heart deserves what you gave James. He played you while you were cooking for him, washing for him, but at the end he dumped you – CANDY, FACEBOOK
I don’t enjoy Muvhango since the Amaboys came into play. And when is Gugu due? It looks like she has been pregnant for far too long – TUMIE, FACEBOOK
When is Gugu due in Muvhango? She’s forever brushing that tummy – RETHABILE, FACEBOOK
I loved the recent episode of Durban Gen where Mbali and Lindelani wanted to elope. They are such a perfect fit for each other. They deserve all the luck and love in the world, I hope it happens – MANKOSI, FACEBOOK
Sibusiso and Precious in Durban Gen are sleeping together behind Mbali’s back! So they deserve each other. Thabo will regret jumping from one nurse to another – MANANA, FACEBOOK
I can’t wait for Rhythm City to end. It’s so boring these days – NORMA, FACEBOOK
Pastor Makoro and Pearl look good together in Rhythm City, but I think he is using her to get what he wants – NONKANYISO, FACEBOOK
I’m not a fan of Felicity in Legacy, but her ex-husband and son are devious – DANIELLE, FACEBOOK
Soapies like 7de Laan, Days Of Our Lives and Durban Gen have too much adult content. They’re promoting the wrong kind of image

Brooke in Bold & Beautiful is the most attractive woman. I can’t believe that Eva channel is going and taking Bold away – LENONO, FACEBOOK
Where am I going to watch Bold & Beautiful when the Eva channel closes down on 22 March?
– @KVNGDOOLEY, TWITTER
No more Bold & Beautiful as Eva is closing down. What a sad situation for us soapie fans who watch it there – @TYLER4287, TWITTER
The telenovela Side By Side on SABC2 has to be the worst dubbed series I have ever seen – PHILLIP, FACEBOOK
The drama series This Is Us on SABC3 is a deep, thought-provoking show. It’s philosophical and far superior to most of the rubbish on television. Well done, SABC3! – DARIUS, SMS
The same old movies air week after week. It’s everything out of the archives, that’s what we get for paying our TV licences. You’d think they’d make an effort to keep us entertained during this pandemic
– JUNE, EMAIL
I cannot believe that the SABC channels are showing repeats of old, out-dated shows like Hayden Quinn in the morning. There is no need for this horrible viewing that we get – ANONYMOUS, SMS
