Bill tries to put Chief Baker off Liam’s trail by suggesting other suspects in Vinny’s murder case, but Baker interrogates Liam about why he hated Vinny. Hope welcomes Liam home to the cabin, Paris warns Zoe about trusting Quinn, and Zoe pleads with Quinn to talk to Carter on her behalf, but Quinn gives in to her own attraction and she and Carter have sex in his loft. Wyatt wonders what’s going on between Liam and Bill, and Thomas vows to find Vinny’s killer himself.

Susan (Kristen in disguise) tells Jake that he and Gabi are meant to be, Kristen disguises herself as Kate to make Jake think that Kate is breaking up with him, and Roman unwittingly courts Kristen while she is disguised as Kate. Paulina tears up Xander’s cheque after realising that Chanel has double-crossed her. Belle believes that Sami has framed her for Charlie’s murder… until her attention turns to Jan. Ciara leaves Salem just as Ben is plotting to kidnap her, and Gwen miscarries but when she arrives to tell Chad about it, Abby accidentally knocks her down the stairs and Gwen decides to blame losing her baby on Abby instead.

Faith starts rehab but after she feels ill and collapses, Nate finds out that she is going to need a kidney transplant and Adam might be her only match. Imani warns that Sutton will never accept Amanda as part of the family, and Jack overhears Sally confessing to Summer that she’s falling in love with Jack. Sally makes sure that Jack overhears her standing up for him at work, and Victor lights a fire under Michael to clear Adam’s name.
