Hugo and Julia discussed Steve’s request, Tracy and Ruan worked together on a new fundraising project, and Delia returned from overseas and was determined to get the new casualty unit up and running. Ruan dug into Tracy’s past and was shocked at what he found, Conrad asked Steve to give Tracy a second chance, and Delia was on the warpath when things fell apart.

Ilse struggles to find a manager for Tonik, Rian is troubled by his deepest emotions, and Tracy’s night turns into a fiasco. Delia unknowingly encourages Rian to examine his heart, Naomi takes out her bad mood on everyone, and Tertius’s words hit Tracy hard. Chanel sees something that she shouldn’t have, Louis has a solution to Ilse’s problem, and Gaby may be defending the wrong person in a crisis. Delia’s biggest fear is realised with a threat, Vicky’s request catches Steve by surprise, and Rian unknowingly lets the cat out of the bag.
Janneke opens her heart to Naomi, Wimpie and Ilse take Tracy under their wing, and Dr Butler wants to speak to Delia urgently. Uys pleads his innocence, Janneke’s version of the previous day’s events is suspicious, and Delia’s life changes in the blink of an eye. Elise’s idea brings her more responsibility that she can handle, and Uys tells Tertius about the rumours doing the rounds. Danny and Chanel are uncomfortable in each other’s company, Conrad is charged with keeping another secret, and Janneke’s patience is tested by Wimpie. Tracy is caught completely offguard by Louis’s actions, Annelize reads Louis the riot act, and concern is mounting regarding a relationship at work.
