Beliz had to do the most difficult thing imaginable – report a close friend to the authorities. Ali risked everything by helping a young mom and her baby, and the committee was ready to investigate the death of Nazli’s patient.

Beliz is on the verge of breaking and Dr Ferman jumps in to help her out, Nazli’s investigation is becoming more tense but the end is already in sight, and Dr Ferman has to make a difficult choice. Back at Nazli’s dramatic inquest, Ali bursts in hoping to save the day but his words could cause more harm. Adil urges Ali to become more trusting of people if he wants to connect with them, and the outcome of Nazli’s committee inquest is about to be revealed. Ali has a new challenge ahead of him: Making physical contact with the people around him, but unfortunately a patient makes this process more difficult.
Dr Ferman is growing too attached to one of his patients, Nazli learns that one of her patients is being unfaithful, and Ali and Dr Ferman are once again at odds with each other. It’s all eyes on the hospital staff as an experimental medical procedure gets underway, Ali battles to break the news of a troubling diagnosis to his patient, and Dr Ferman opens up to Beliz in the hopes of getting closer to her. Ali realises that sometimes a lie can be better than the truth, and Nazli can’t come to terms with the whole Dr Ferman-Beliz matter. Adil has some relationship issues of his own to deal with, the hospital staff go on a rollercoaster ride of emotions, and Kivilcim is eager to reconnect with Beliz. The hospital welcomes its visiting surgeon, Ali loses something precious, and Dr Ferman meets his new patient.
