Conrad and Tracy come to a new compromise about Tonik, Delia gets frustrated with the latest snippet of information from Rian, and a visitor surprises Steve in his consulting room with news. Conrad welcomes a new group of doctors who are participating in an internship program, Naomi smells a rat, and Karen has an awkward interaction with a doctor. Uys isn’t quite sure what to make of Zanel yet, At becomes frustrated with Piet, while Naomi comes across another strange scene. Rian makes a discovery that can substantiate a theory, Delia threatens to take action herself, and hesitation affects Marissa’s courage. Karen feels bad about the situation with Liam, there’s competition between Elton and Liam, and Nicolette causes trouble for Karen, Gaby and Chanel.

Conrad’s interrogation doesn’t go unnoticed, Tertius and Annelize differ on where their focus should be, and the future looks different for two doctors. Uys is trying to find out more about one of the new doctors, no one is happy with Conrad’s decisions, and a meeting isn’t going according to plan. Social media makes Chanel obsessive, Louis shares the consequences of Piet’s actions with Naomi, and Nicolette sees something that makes her feel more insecure. Brandon hears interesting news from Steve, and Chanel has more than one reason to be upset.
