Agatha is on a quest to ignite a spark between Mbali and Thabo, the battle of the matrons is on as Nkabinde and Madondo declare war, and Phumeza and Sibiya are going through a rough financial patch. Lindelani finds comfort in Thembi’s arms and it feels like they’re in a good place already, and Sibiya finally figures out that the person behind his cash problems is living under the very same roof as him. Phumeza disputes some pretty nasty accusations against her, and Nkabinde loses the battle as she gets demoted to nurse.
Thembi and Lindelani’s love life is cooking while Mbali is stuck in the kitchen chopping onions for Thabo. Mbali finds her heart torn again between Thabo and Lindelani, Nkabinde isn’t giving up on the matron job just yet, and MacGyver issues a warning to Thembi about falling for the devil in the white coat. Durban Gen’s nursing team want to see Nkabinde pay for her sins and be out of their lives, it’s goodbye to Precious forever, and Thembi and Lindelani are struggling as a couple. Phumeza revels in seeing her work rival Nkabinde coming apart at the seams, the hospital staff are knee-deep in trouble following a tragedy at the church, and Qwabe is disgusted by Lindelani’s actions. Phumeza sticks the knife into her rival’s back even deeper, and Thabo doesn’t know what to make of Mbali’s mood swings.
