SILENCE OF THE LAMBS (1991)

What: Rookie FBI agent Clarice Starling (Jodie) works with impossibly intelligent cannibal serial killer Dr Hannibal Lecter (Anthony) to catch another serial killer who skins his victims.
Why: Sir Anthony’s portrayal of Dr Lecter is chilling, unnerving and unsettling. He is downright scary! He never blinks, speaks in a calm, constant tone, while Jodie’s Clarice is always on edge but in control. It took home five Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Actor and Actress In Leading Roles.
