Dr Tanju helps Beliz with a patient, Adil finds out who Vuslat is and what she’s doing to Dr Ali, and Dr Ali makes a heartbreaking decision. Dr Tanju plants an idea in Beliz’s head, Adil shows that he’s not to be messed with, and Dr Ferman and Beliz find themselves in danger. It’s an eventful day at the hospital after a shoot-out at a restaurant, Belize stands up to Vuslat regarding the hospital, and Dr Ali saves Dr Nazli when she puts herself in danger. Vuslat threatens Adil when he offers to help Ezo with a problem, the atmosphere in the hospital is volatile, and Dr Ali’s outburst to save Dr Nazli has devastating consequences.

Dr Ali loses touch with reality, Doruk and Demir deal with a patient’s father who won’t accept his daughter’s diagnosis, and Vuslat is making more enemies by the day. The hospital is trying to cope with the loss of Adil, except for Vuslat, who’s acting like nothing has happened. Dr Ali comes out of his coma and helps with patients who need to be diagnosed, and a father-and-daughter pair of patients are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Dr Ali manages to read Adil’s letter and Doruk makes an interesting discovery about Vuslat, Demir and Doruk make a bet about a patient, and Dr Ferman isn’t happy about who’s administering the Adil Erinc Fund. Dr Ferman is increasingly agitated with Dr Tanju and Beliz’s relationship, and Dr Nazli suspects that there is more between Ezo and Dr Ali than meets the eye.
