The Yorukhan family baton was handed over to Kahraman, Defne struggled to accept the fact that she will never bear children, and Elif refused to marry Maksut. Elif received the offer of a lifetime from the Yorukhans, Maksut and Veysel plotted to kidnap Elif, and Defne decided to follow Engin’s advice and trust her mother-in-law. Elif receives disturbing news and found herself in a financial crisis, and Kahraman was held at gunpoint.

Yakup is trying to secretly seal a deal with a company that Kahraman doesn’t approve of, Elif sneaks out with Kerem to visit her sister, and Defne is upset about Elif living in the same house as them. Defne and Kiymet forbid Elif to leave the house, Kerem meets his father without knowing, and Kiymet is urgently looking for a medical report that Ziya accidentally gave to Defne. Kerem declares his love for Elif, Maksut tells Sultan that Defne is selling herself to the Yorukhans, and Elif is sad about her mother’s reaction.

Tensions at home between Kahraman and Defne increase, Kiymet grabs Defne’s medical report and burns it before she can read it, and

Elif decides to keep the baby. Ziya and Yakup devise an evil plan for Kerem for fear that he might get too close to finding their secrets, and Defne takes a pregnancy test and it may have a positive result. Kerem asks Kiymet and Yakup for a photo of his father but Yakup tries to distract Kerem with work so that he doesn’t ask more questions. Defne finds out that she’ll never be able to be a mother and her doctor advises her to talk to Kiymet. Kiymet and Kahraman act as if Defne’s results are wrong and that she will still be able to bear children, and Elif continues to make difficult decisions.
