James’s paranoia intensifies and his wife Imani considers having him admitted to a mental health facility. James chokes Imani, mistaking her for his father, and frenemies Susan and Rendani kiss and make up. James finds out that his child needs to be at the ritual, and Susan is forced to eat humble pie.
