Season 7 M-Net (*101) 20:30 Episode 1 (drama) Tuesday 9 August Chicago Med and Chicago PD (see more on p65) are speeding back to our screens with even wilder storylines than before. Med ended season 6 on a serious note as Dr Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss, Mark Strauss in drama series Murder In The First) took the fall for his ex-fiancée Dr Natalie Manning (Torrey DeVitto, Melissa Hastings in the drama series Pretty Little Liars) who stole meds from a drug trial that Will was working on to save her dying mom.
In season 7 we say goodbye to Natalie, who takes responsibility for her actions and urges Will to get his job back. “Natalie’s departure is going to affect Will in ways we can’t even image,” says Nick. New and old faces will join the cast of season 7, including Kristen Hager (Mae Barber in the action series Condor) who will play the role of Dr Stevie Hammer and her arrival at the Chicago Gaffney Medical Center is going to stir more than just physical attraction for Will. “There is definitely a history between them, and it’s going to be really interesting to see how their new situation develops,” teases Nick.
