Writer Brian K Vaughn and illustrator Cliff Chiang, who created the original Paper Girls sci-fi comic book series (2015-2019), adapted their own work for this series. The morning after Halloween 1998, four newspaper delivery girls become time travellers after stumbling on a battle between warring time traveller factions from the distant future. They’ll meet future versions of themselves who have no knowledge of their adventures, and they’ll have to make peace with the women who they will become.
