Nomaswazi advises her family to stop paying Putin, which she hopes will lure him out into the open and make him vulnerable to attack. Nkunzi is left reeling after a discovery of a new enemy in KwaMashu, and Nonka hosts a beautiful dinner for her family. Nkunzi gets nowhere with identifying his enemy and he turns to a rival for help weeding out his foe, and Nonka keeps her promise to MaDongwe in an unexpected way. The Magwazas live to see another day after their scrapyard is ransacked by unknown men, and Hleziphi’s fears reach a fever pitch and she resigns from her job.
Business partners Njeza and Sbu are accused of a crime they didn’t commit, Hleziphi feels the walls closing in on her, and Mrs Madlala tries to wiggle her way into staying at the Xaba mansion. Gabisile brings sexy back, and the Magwaza family prepare for war with Putin.
Lilly kicks Hleziphi out of the house, Nkunzi tells Pastor Gwala that Nosipho will always have a grudge against the Mhlongos, and the Magwazas are knocked for six to learn one of their own has betrayed them, prompting them to hatch a murder plan for revenge.
