Khaya ended his relationship with Nandi before quitting his job at The Black Door, Boniswa and Nkanyiso got engaged, and Short Gun and Nelly took their relationship to the next level.
IN THIS ISSUE
Khaya’s bus arrives and his first day of business goes well, not all is on track for Nkanyiso as Mam Rebecca tries to meddle in his relationship with Boniswa, and Nelly tries to recover from her Short Gun experience. Nomsa exercises her power over Velaphi, Nelly discovers worrying information about Short Gun, and Mam Rebecca gives Khaya an ultimatum in the hopes of getting him back at her brothel. Nkanyiso receives an unexpected guest, Khaya discovers Mam Rebecca’s involvement in his arrest, and Short Gun battles to get out of the hot water following Nelly’s realisation. Nkanyiso is put under pressure by Mam Rebecca expectations, and Khaya conducts a cleansing ceremony.
Nkanyiso sets his wedding plans in motion, Mam Rebecca goes to drastic measures to convince Khaya to return to The Black Door, and Short Gun refuses to show Nelly his package. Mam Rebecca continues to make Boniswa and Nkanyiso’s lobola negotiations difficult, Khaya returns to the brothel to protect his new business, and Short Gun takes a break from work to heal his broken heart. Khaya goes against Mam Rebecca but she isn’t taking it lying down, Romeo works to rescue The Black Door from sinking, and Boy-Boy meets Velaphi. Khaya’s new business is in danger, Boniswa and Nkanyiso tie the knot, and Romeo’s plan to get The Black Door on tracks put him under pressure, but he rises to the occasion and proves his worth to Mam Rebecca.
