Ezo had a fight with Vuslat, Dr Ferman and the assistants battled to save lives at the scene of a multi-vehicle collision, and Dr Ali was in trouble. A patient who’d been in a coma for over 10 years showed interesting changes, and the full extent of Dr Ferman’s hand injury was revealed.

It’s a day of confessions for Beliz and Dr Tanju, Dr Ferman insists that he’s ready to be back in the operating room, and Muhsin gives Vuslat an ultimatum. The story of Doruk’s ordeal in the army comes out at long last with a startling revelation about his mental state, Muhsin forces Vuslat’s hand, and later Muhsin tries to separate Dr Ali and Dr Nazli in a scuffle. The doctors are faced with a boy-genius patient who’s suffering from a mystery diagnosis, but someone is making it hard to treat him.
Bayram’s mystery illness takes a dramatic turn that leaves him with a difficult decision to make, Beliz takes Vuslat’s advice in a personal matter, and Dr Nazli thinks that everyone has forgotten her birthday but her surprise party has an interesting end. Muhsin is in a terrible state as his father arrives at the hospital, Dr Nazli struggles to help a young patient and the other doctors suspect that her mother neglected her, and
Dr Ali takes action to sort out the chaos in his life. Dr Ali finds himself in a stressful situation after he sees the board of the hospital, Dr Nazli starts falling apart when she feels responsible for keeping Dr Ali calm, and after observing a tricky operation on Muhsin’s father, the board will make the decision about Dr Ali. Later, Dr Nazli and Dr Ali have a romantic evening planned, but it doesn’t turn out as expected when someone decides to gatecrash the night.
