Kaashifa finally told Rhafiek about her breast cancer diagnosis, Elana struggled to adjust after saying goodbye to Maggie, and Bridgette worried about Mrs J’s overseas holiday.

Wade puts pressure on Danni and Zoe to get him out of his lease, Bridgette doesn’t have time for Tim, and Kaashifa must motivate herself to face life. Rhafiek feels that it’s time for a gesture to be made, and Tim’s patience is tested. Siya makes a shocking discovery, and Wade is facing a fork in the road. Rhafiek has gone missing and no one knows why, and Danni does something nice for her friend. Tim decides that enough is enough, Rhafiek and Kaashifa surprise everyone but don’t get the reaction they were hoping for, and Wade struggles with work and then gets an opportunity that he grabs with both hands.
Wade reaches a low point, Kaashifa feels selfconscious about her circumstances, and Tim has another professional setback in his work. Zoe confronts Bridgette about Tim, Wade decides to sell his car, and Mrs J wants to go to a nursing home. Wade is enthusiastic about his new job, Zoe is proud of Tim’s presentation, and Kaashifa is worried about her health but hides it from the Samsodiens. Wade begins to reap the rewards of his work, Bridgette takes a difficult decision, and Kaashifa is in pain but doesn’t let anyone see. The Samsodiens have a day full of surprises, Tim gets important news, and Wade has good intentions but his decisions make him unpopular with those closest to him. Kaashifa catches Rhafiek offguard when she feels significantly better, and Nazeem tightens his web around his new accomplice.
