Defne and Kiymet feared that Kahraman would reveal their secret to the family, Kah-raman fired their attorney, and Elif tried to find a lawyer to help her mother. Nazli decided to come back and take the baby, but Defne refused to give up the child.

The family is shocked when they find out what Kiymet did to the baby, and Nazli finds out about Elif’s pregnancy and packs up her bags and flees. Kahraman organises a reconciliation between Elif and Nazli and brings them both back home, then he buys an expensive gift for Elif and asks her out to dinner. Kahraman and Elif have a lovely birthday dinner, and Sultan’s planned surprise for her daughters turns into a great disappointment for her. Meryem is in for a shocking surprise, and with Sultan reunited with Elif and Nazli, hiding the truth becomes a greater challenge.
A discussion between Kadir and Meryem leads to an outpour of emotions, a necklace causes drama, and Kahraman and Elif go for an ultrasound and then leave town for a nice quiet dinner. Meyrem decides to leave the family house after finding out that she’s been lied to for her entire life, and Sultan finds Elif’s diary and reads about her pregnancy, leading to more trouble in the family. Defne’s mother comes to her rescue, Kiymet wants to tell Kahraman the truth about the situation but she’s interrupted, and Sultan confronts Kiymet and tells her the baby is still alive. Later, Nazli and Sultan receive a frosty welcome from their relatives.
