Dear Christine. I do get your emails and your comments, but as I said last issue,
I’m not going to publish it again before you say something more uplifting or positive about some of the characters and shows you blatantly attack. Sho, some of the mails you sent the last two weeks had me gasping. I wonder if you even read this page or the magazine? We love getting emails and SMSes from our readers, but sometimes it’s just too much of a personal attack on the actors to publish it. I truly hope you will take me up on the offer to say something nice about someone in any story.

Met Rugby. Interesting, according to the viewership numbers we get, not many English-speaking people enjoyed this soap. Are you bored with Ryno because of his storyline or because he is gay. Being gay is a reality and it’s important for society to have representation in soaps. I’m sad that Getroud Met Rugby is coming to an end. If you’re interested, in our next Afrikaans issue, we have a wrap-up of the soap with all the highlights over the years.

Hi Jenny. At the moment I don’t think there are any plans to broadcast Days Of Our Lives again, unfortunately. I also miss Days. And I do apologise, I realise the magazine is expensive. I wish we could make it cheaper, and from this issue on we are printing on different paper specifically to avoid another rise in pricing.

Ai, Bea, I know. We get a lot of complaints about this. It’s just been removed from the schedule without us getting any warning.
It’s horrible when you’re excited about something and it’s taken away or postponed. And now our own Survivor is also finished!
