National Geographic Explorer and cinematographer Bertie Gregory (director of photography for doccie series Hostile Planet) captures extraordinary footage of wild animals as he immerses himself in their environments. In Antarctica he brings us the biggest gathering of whales ever captured on film, and we’ll also see Zambia’s buffalo-hunting lions. Along with the animals, he also captures the adventures of the film crew, giving us their heart-pounding stories.
