Naylleng’s hopes for a clean bill of health come crashing down, Teddy prepares to take the next step in his career, and Tshiamo hauls Teddy across the carpet over his radio gig, but Teddy’s actions just bring him more fame. Thathi is missing and Mam’Sonto believes that the Ndabas are hiding her, and Detective Nabe finds the missing licence discs. Sizwe winds up on the streets again after breaking Ous’Tiny’s rules, and Gladys is in for a shock when she comes across a half-naked person hanging out in her back room – is this Sizwe’s answer to his housing crisis?
Mr Faku sticks his greasy paws into the stokvel money jar, there’s chaos at the cop shop as Detective Nabe goes head-to-head with Mam’Sonto in an intense interrogation, and Miss Biyela and her friends face off with MaZet and Zibuko. With Mam’Sonto behind bars, Detective Nabe is doing everything he can to stop her from getting a bail hearing, Pretty panics after she runs into trouble with her new car, and Pretty and Mam’Sonto meet a blast from the past. Tshiamo believes that Zakes is being honest, and Ntokozo sees through Mabuyase’s latest scheme. Mr Faku is held with a knife to his throat, and when he scrapes the bottom of the stokvel money jar, he has only one option left to save his neck. Nkosinathi later wants the school’s attention focused on exams.
