A misleading article in the newspaper caused drama for Kahraman and the rest of the Yorukhan family, a fight between Maksut and Kerem led to dramatic consequences, and Maksut tried to kidnap Elif at the mansion, but he was badly beaten up and taken to the police station to be arrested.

Kahraman shows Elif and Nazli the house with a newly fitted nursery, Kiymet convinces Sultan that they should get Elif married as soon as possible to stop any gossip, and Defne blurts out the truth to Elif and Sultan that the baby is Elif’s. Kahraman declares his love for Elif but she turns him down, and Yakup and Sukran thwart Neval’s plans to make Ziya believe that Yakup is cheating on his wife. Elif makes an important decision, Kahraman tries to come to terms with Elif’s sudden change of attitude towards him, and Sukran is upset about being lied to.
Sultan asks Kahraman to stay out of Elif’s life and to let her live in peace without him, and Kerem tells Kiymet that he wants to marry Elif. Kerem makes Elif an offer that could change her life, while Kahraman tries to tighten his grip on her, and Kiymet is still playing puppet master. Kerem finds Elif and asks her to marry him, Kahraman asks his lawyer to prepare a document to protect Elif’s custody after the birth, and Defne finds a way to lure Kahraman to the chalet but her plans are in vain. After another attack on Elif’s freedom by what looks like betrayal from Kahraman, Elif makes a drastic decision that impacts Kahraman heavily.
