Season 1 Discovery (*121) 21:50 Reality

Celebs with millions to blow don’t just walk into a car dealership and buy a new ride like the rest of us. They turn to vehicle dealer RD Whittington, host of the new reality show Million Dollar Wheels. Why? Because he knows how to get hold of the most exclusive cars, complete any customisation, and even how to get back in the good books with famous brands like Ferrari.

“I’ve been in this game for over 20 years now,” says the 35-year-old RD, revealing that he started off washing cars at a dealership in his teens. “I went from washing cars to selling them in the space of four months.

I’d seen how the sales team were marketing the cars and they weren’t doing it well at all. In the space of a year, I’d gone from earning a couple of bucks a month to six figures.”

And it’s not like he was selling to average Joes in LA either. His list of A-list clients has grown from one or two musicians, to some of the biggest celebs in the world. “Kim Kardashian and her family (from reality show The Kardashians) call me every few months. I’ve sold cars to Jamie Foxx (Brian in comedy series Dad Stop Embarrassing Me) and (basketball superstar) LeBron James,” says RD. “I’ve even had one singer who angered Ferrari by changing his car’s colour… It was a lot of hard work but he’s no longer banned from buying Ferraris and that’s because I’ve got the Midas Touch,” boasts the car salesman.
