Danni makes a decision about Siya, Nazeem is invited to dinner at the Daniels’ home without the brothers’ knowledge, and Carlo suffers a major setback in the experiment with the toy dog. Nazeem is impatient but Tim tries to keep him in check, Elana asks Susan for a huge favour, and Danni and Siya are cautiously optimistic about the road ahead. AB forgets about Stella’s concert, Elana’s mother Nelia is on her way, and Tim tries to defuse an explosive situation.

AB’s day takes an unexpected turn, and Siya’s emotions run high. Nelia wants a truce with Elana, Kaashifa and Rhafiek want to play Cupid, and Siya makes up with Danni. Mrs J thinks that Anja also deserves a nice man in her life, Elana has a strange request for Susan, and AB doesn’t feel like going to work for the first time in his life. Siya butts heads with Danni and it gives someone else hope, and Danni and Siya have a serious conversation later. Nelia tries to accept Elana’s decisions, and AB considers retiring. Another crime hits Ruiterbosch, Justin is unhappy about the situation with Susan and Elana, and Nazeem wants to buy the pharmacy, but AB suddenly doesn’t want to retire anymore.
