After correctly diagnosing a patient, Mbali is told to embrace her gift and her dream comes true as she gets a solution to her chaotic problems. As Sibiya gets used to his side hustle, he realises that he’s too good for the shisanyama and goes back to doing what he’s best at. Thandekile avoids spending time with Thabo by lying to him, Mbali’s new habit frustrates her, and Skhumbuzo gracefully takes over Mbali’s duty, however it’s not as smooth as he thought it would be.

Sne’s NGO is just starting to take off but she gets called a wannabe, and Skhumbuzo fails to get a date with the person he has taken a liking to. Mbali can see all of the signs showing that Zandile likes Skhumbuzo but she’s scared to acknowledge it, and

Sne fails to contact the Mpisane company. No one knows that the missing medication from the hospital points to a dark cloud that will soon hover above Durban General, and Mbali says goodbye to a patient unaware that this will be her final farewell. Sibiya later comes through for Sne.
