BATTLE OF THE ALPHA FEMALES

-

To prove that she’s not lying about Gugu and to get the board on her side, Khumo sinks to new lows to show that Gugu needs psychiatric help. “Khumo has identified Gugu as the weak link and she’s using Gugu’s incompetence and mental distress to discredit her enemy. But unfortunately Khumo has underestimated Gugu, who has extremely strong resolve and she won’t go down without a fight,” says Seneo, adding, “So to get to Gugu, Khumo plays the sympathy card by dropping a pregnancy scan, pretending that she takes the same medication as Gugu. Gugu is somewhat gullible when it comes to these things and she lets Khumo into her house – big mistake! Khumo goes to the loo and while Gugu is waiting for her, she swaps Gugu’s actual medication for hallucinogens that will make Gugu behave out of character and hallucinate later at a meeting. She hopes that Gugu’s behaviour will land her in a mental facility and that she can swoop as COO.”

Gugu walks in and in a moment of rage, she slaps Khumo across the face. Without thinking, Khumo grabs the nearest object and hits Gugu across the head. Still holding her metal weapon, Khumo stands over Gugu’s collapsed body, not knowing what to do. “She thinks that Gugu is dead because she can’t find a pulse. Khumo calls one of her goons to clean up the scene and ditch Gugu’s body in a trash bin hoping that no one is the wiser,” says Seneo. The question now is does Khumo know how to take a pulse properly?
