In Aspen, Ridge tells Brooke that their marriage is over because she’s a lying liar and he goes off and has sex with Taylor. Bill and Katie have a heart-to-heart during which she tells him that she still loves him but she can’t get past his Brooke obsession, and later after Othello phones Bill to report on Brooke and Ridge’s break-up, Bill goes running straight to Brooke’s side. Katie tells Carter that she’s attracted to him after Carter shares some news about Quinn, and Thomas and Steffy have a huge announcement to make.

Stephanie agrees to help Paulina after Paulina refuses to pay up when Sloan blackmails her over Chanel’s past, and Allie, Alex and Chanel have a threesome. EJ forces Ava to leave Salem, and Johnny warns Stefan not to trust EJ. Gabi begs a brainwashed Stefan to remember their love but he feels nothing but intense hatred for her, and Wendy and Johnny investigate Li’s secrets. Li blackmails EJ, and EJ is elected CEO of DiMera Enterprises. Marlena, Kate and Kayla are fading fast as the police search Rolf’s lab for the orchid, while Kristen uses the orchid antidote.
