James hunts for the truth, Luyolo is floored about the hospital’s new owners, and Lucy clashes with her family. The girls are freaked out by a murder in the commune, Ayanda gives in to her longing, and Nkosiyabo isn’t happy to see who’s back in town.

Pele wants to prove himself but Zanele isn’t interested, Luyolo and his parents are hiding skeletons, and Busisiwe begs for a second chance. Sphe finds herself smackbang in the middle of another nightmare, Mazwi is shocked by Kabisi’s plans, and Philani gains the upper hand on his rivals. An unexpected death has everyone baffled, Ayanda is even more shocked by her actions than Nkosiyabo is, and Lucy refuses to be bossed around by “the help”. Elsewhere, a mother and son have to work together when a man’s about to die, and Lucy tries to prove her mettle.
