I hear you. But I always have a little sympathy for people doing subtitles – it’s incredibly hard to do, especially if it’s not your first language (not that it’s an excuse, you should think if its your job to do any form of writing that you will at least do a spell check. But then again, mistakes always slip through despite the best efforts (talking from experience with tvplus – pages are proofread multiple times by different people and often I still spot a mistake after it’s published).
Hi tvplus, can u please find out why SABC 3 is STILL showing the same episodes every day of The View. We have seen these episodes several times since about April this year –
Anonymous per SMS We will certainly ask and do our best, but to get any answers from the SABC is always near impossible. They have one very diligent PR who tries her best, but we even battle to just get basic info, like a story on Muvhango for this issue. Ongoing struggle to even know which shows will be coming. We keep on trying though!
It is impossible to buy an English copy of your magazine in Klerkdorp!!! – Dennis per SMS
Dear Dennis, we did contact you and gave you the name of the shops in your area that stock them. I know English isn’t always as easy to find. As always, if you can’t find a copy you can mail me at lucia@media24.com and I’ll get back to you with a shop in your area. Often retailers only order one or two copies, so if you are a regular reader, I would suggest asking the store manager to save you one of the copies. Unfortunately, we can’t just deliver to shops – the retailers have to agree to keep copies and they decide on how many they want to stock according to demand.
