FORTHCOMIN­G ACTIVITIES

Monday: coaching 2pm (both greens will be closed on Mondays until 2 pm); Tuesday and Thursday: tabs in, play at 1.30pm, dress casual. If there is a spare rink then you can play your mixed pairs. Wednesday: one green will be open ALL DAY for mixed pairs; Friday: one green will be open ALL DAY for mixed pairs.

No night bowls on Friday 6 November. Saturday: tabs in, play at 1.30pm, club colours.

Covid 19: Please practise the guidelines of social distancing (masks etc.) and when on a premise that calls for spectator code of behaviour, please honour their directive. The club wishes all Village Talk readers the laughter and happiness the world has to offer.

At Wednesday’s three ball alliance, due to the storm, players were able to only complete the front 9. The winners were 1st: Dave Eaton, Colin Burden and Gerry Pharenqua (45); 2nd: Brian Cook, Albert Loveday and Sharron Hughes (39). Jackpot: Colin Burden (7).
