Hilton Bowling Club
On Friday morning our monthly J. Leslie Smith sponsored 2-4-2 competition was held and congratulations go to all the winners.
First prize went to Craig Whitby and Cindy Bro, who won generous meat packs. Well done to them achieving a full house!
Second prize of Ellenbird vouchers was won by Syd Fincham and Heather Rice, while the third prize ofNino’s vouchers went to Mike Hill and Monica Roussouw. The wine was won by Rod and Ingrid Holness. Thank you to all the sponsors of these generous prizes.
Following the competition, staff from Cowan House had team building at the club. This consisted of a fun bowls afternoon with much hilarity and dressed in teams for the occasion.
Forthcoming week
• Wednesday, October 19 at 1.15pm - Build It/Artisan’s sponsored trips competition. Tabs in on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday is at 1.30pm. The dress code on Tuesday and Thursday is casual, with whites or club colours on Saturday.
Visitors and prospective new bowlers are very welcome.
