A rarity in South Africa, this Irish single malt whiskey is made from 100% Irish malted barley that is triple copper-pot distilled and then matured in carefully selected second- and third-fill Oloroso sherry casks. The barrels add toasty, fruity flavours, and complete the rounded, smooth honey finish.
