A store synonymous with quality and value, Italcotto is renowned for being at the forefront of the latest tile trends from around the world. The first of our new tile trends for 2016 have arrived and we are very eager and excited to share the news with you. New tiles trends for 2016 Mixstone: A new range of porcelain tiles that beautifully show off the natural texture and finish of real stone floors. Each tile has its own exclusive and authentic natural character with natural shading giving the floor its unique finish. Truly a beautiful interpretation of real stone

Mixstone series is available in three natural colours; marfil, blanco and graphite. Mix stone is available in the stunning 600x1200mm format. Incredible value from R459m2 including vat

Versailles: A second range that we have launched is the versailles series. Available in three colours, the versailles simulates a natural marble with subtle vein movements. Versailles series is available in three natural colours – blanco, beige and l i ght grey i n the stunning 600x1200mm format. Retail price is R459m2 including vat.

Large format tiles: Large floor tiles create an atmosphere of beauty, sophistication and luxury. Small areas appear bigger as the large tile enhances the space, creating a clean uncluttered feel. The less grout lines, the less busy your floor is and the more expansive it appears. This expansiveness will naturally make your room appear larger. Making rooms feel larger not only adds a more inviting feel to your home, it will also enhance the resale value of your home.

Benefits in using large tiles: The large size tile is made of porcelain, hard wearing and suitable for homes, offices and industrial purposes. The tiles appear as slabs of marble or stone and are usually rectified, thus allowing the tiles to be laid very close to one another; grout joints are minimal and this leads to a clean, minimalistic look. Tiling can be done at a much faster rate than smaller tiles. Large “grip” tiles can be used for wet and outdoor areas.
