Prices range between R1,175 million to R3, 8 million.
Helderberg Manor development in Somerset West is currently in its final phase. Ehlers continues: “Helderberg Manor has seen exponential growth in sales over the last 12 months with new homes and apartments being occupied at an accelerated rate, we have also seen the completion of the clubhouse, library, assisted living units and clinic. It has been blessed with an active, sociable and vibrant community and it rates as one of our most successful developments to date.”
Helderberg Manor has sold out fast, with only a few units still available.
Prices for the houses range from R1,950 million to R3,5 million, the apartments range from R1,095 million to R1,295 million and the assisted living units are R950,000.
