Pears Commercial recently brokered a long lease for ARB Electrical Wholesalers at 189 Main Road, Diep River, where the dealer will be providing electrical products to the southern suburbs from extensively refurbished premises.
The recently opened branch features a Quick Pull gondola area where contractors can choose their products to avoid busy lines at the trade counter. Other features include a lamp and lighting showroom with a small range of light fittings, lamps and a variety of switches and sockets, a chill area for customers waiting for their order to be pulled, a live testing station to help customers test the range of meters, and plenty of off-street parking.
