New date for fraud, theft case

THE fraud and theft matter involving Brendon Naidoo, boyfriend of DJ Ntombezinhle Jiyane, was yesterday postponed to next month by the Alexandra Magistrate’s Court.

Naidoo is facing charges of fraud and theft allegedly committed through his forex trading business. At his previous appearance last month, he was granted bail of R50 000 after he spent 10 days in jail.

The matter was postponed to allow for further investigation.

Naidoo will appear in court again on June 9. – ANA
