SHE has long been a poster girl for indulgence in the kitchen, proudly flaunting her curves and serving her recipes on TV with extra helpings of innuendo.

But this time it was a decidedly less sensual Nigella Lawson, 57, showing off her slim new figure as she enjoyed a walk in London.

One friend said: “She has been exercising hard because she has TV work coming up and knows that being on screen makes you look like you’ve piled on pounds.” She is also preparing to release a cookbook in September. – Daily Mail
