The residences, at One Eleven Ocean View Drive, will be sold off-plan, and constructed on one of the last vacant erfs in the area, says Tyson Properties agent for the Atlantic Seaboard, Saadiq Effendi. The development, designed by Juan Bernicchi of Bernicchi Architects, will take two years to complete.

Penthouse One, on sale for R26.52 million, has an openplan kitchen-living area; three en-suite bedrooms; a study and a rooftop pavilion with pool and garden. Penthouse Two, priced at R20.5m, includes three en-suite bedrooms; an open-plan kitchen-living area, an indoor- outdoor area, a plunge pool and vertical garden.

Prices include VAT, but no transfer duty.

He says both penthouses will have floor-to-ceiling windows to allow residents to soak up the views. “The ultra-contemporary kitchens will be fully equipped with state-of-the-art integrated appliances and cabinetry will be custom-designed and fitted.The apartments will be energy-efficient.”
