Fancourt opens development stands

-

FOR FANCOURT’S first residential release in more than a decade, a new phase of vacant stands is being launched in this renowned Garden Route estate, set against a picturesque backdrop of the Outeniqua mountain range and conveniently located only 7km from George Airport.

Known as “Noem Noem”, the new phase comprises 45 vacant stands ranging in size from around 508m² to 1 135m², accessibly priced from R1.2 million. The site faces directly towards the mountains for optimal views, and is easily accessed adjacent to the Links entrance to Fancourt.

The design style of homes is inspired by the country living character of the estate’s Links Ridge and the ultra-modern style of Montagu Ridge.

Dr Andrew Golding, chief executive of the Pam Golding Property group, says: “This opportunity is good news for buyers seeking to build their own dream home in this highly successful, world-class estate. Nearly half the current homeowners have owned their properties for 11 or more years.”

In addition to three Gary Player-designed championship golf courses, Fancourt includes a 5-star boutique hotel, spa and leisure centre, restaurants, a business centre, sports and recreational activities, a golf pro shop and golf practise facilities, a leisure centre and poolside cafe, and running and mountain bike trails.
