Strand Beach a new signal of luxury

-

ADDING to the luxury offerings of Sea Point – known for its vibrant coastal lifestyle, eclectic community and picturesque mountain and sea views – is the Strand Beach development, recently launched by the Berman Brothers Group.

Located on the slopes of Signal Hill, Strand Beach is in a prime, elevated position within easy walking distance of the Sea Point Promenade and Main Road restaurants and shops.

Pam Golding Properties is marketing the apartments, listed from R3.5 million for a one-bedroom unit to R8.9m for an ocean- facing apartment. Duplex units are available for upwards of R6.5m.

“New apartments in prime positions in this well-established and sought-after area are a scarce commodity,” says Laurie Wener, Pam Golding Properties senior executive developments: Cape region.

Already under construction, the property’s unique architecture is of a clean, contemporary design. It allows for a seamless flow between sky and sea, affording residents unparalleled views of the area.

The development provides bespoke outdoor recreation and relaxation areas, including a communal pool protected from the elements.

Two gas braais and luxurious sun loungers will make this exclusive space a popular haven with residents and their guests.

“Extensive renovation of the original apartment block has commenced. Once complete, Strand Beach will offer more than 30 luxury apartments, all designed to achieve the perfect balance between privacy and practicality while offering all the benefits of living on one of South Africa’s most desirable stretches of coastline,” says Saul Berman.

All the apartments are petfriendly and have their own parking.
