Difference between Jewish and Zionist
THE flippant attitude by Brian Josselowitz towards the Palestinian plight exposes the naked racism some people resort to in defence of the apartheid state of Israel.
The fact of the matter is that for the Israeli state to exist, an entire nation had to become refugees in a land they have lived in for 2 000 years, the parallel with apartheid South Africa. But Israel was one of Hendrik Verwoed’s last supporters, if I have my facts straight.
According to Mr Josselowitz, there was never a Palestinian culture, never a Palestinian history, just an uncivilised clutter of some form of humanity. Sir, I remind you that these poor people are also the children of the Prophet Abraham, as Semitic as the true Jews.
I am Khoi, and because it’s in my blood, I look like my ancestors, a basic genetic requirement.
If I was Chinese, I would need predominant Chinese features.
Therein lies the rub; only a minute percentage of the so-called Israelis look Semitic. Blue eyes, blonde hair, not a trace of Abraham to be seen.
Israel is an apartheid state and all the world except the Donald
Trump and a few puppets know and acknowledge it.
I make no apology for suicide bombers and child-killers whatever their religious sympathy.
I have yet to meet a supporter of Israel who does not try to explain away the deaths of infants, the old and infirm, the razing to the ground of houses in retaliation.
There is much to be admired about being Jewish, my brother. There are many things wrong with being Zionist, but there’s a clear difference. If the right to return is absolute you, Mr Josselowitz, reside on property stolen from my people. In all fairness, will you return it?
