Mixed asset lots at WH Auctions’ sale
WH AUCTIONS will hold its monthly repossession and fleet auction in Epping Industria 2 on Tuesday, offering a mix of equipment for heavy-duty construction, transport and logistics, and manufacturing and material handling, as well as small passenger and commercial vehicles.
Martin Dibowitz, who heads the auction group’s Cape Town operation, says: “We have been able to source a wide variety of assets for this auction from financial institutions and corporate clients.”
On the construction side, there will be a selection of Dynapac and Bell rollers, JCB and Cat TLBs (tractor-loader-backhoes), excavators and Skidsteer loaders on offer at the auction, Dibowitz says.
“In addition, a host of 18 000 litre water tankers will be available at the sale, and we will also offer passenger carriers and staff buses.”
The transport and logistics section will include a large number of four, five, six and eight-ton rigid trucks, crane trucks, refrigerated eight-ton trucks, and long-distance horses and Interlink trailer sets.
“We have been able to secure a defleeted group of well-maintained trucks for this sale,” says Dibowitz.
The manufacturing and material handling section of the auction will have forklifts, including diesel, petrol and LPG models, on offer, as well as various JLG scissor and boom lifts, generators and ancillary equipment.
On the small-vehicle side of the auction will be a selection of fleetmaintained bakkies and panel vans, and a large number of repossessed, accident- damaged and non-running passenger and commercial vehicles, says Dibowitz.
All the auction items may be viewed between 9am and 4.30pm on Monday at WH Auctions’ auction facility at 17 Dacres Avenue, Epping Industria 2.
The auction will be held at the same venue at 10.30am on Tuesday.
