Meet your favourite cartoon character

IF YOU love watching Cartoon Network, just imagine how much fun it would be to see those characters in real life.

This year, you might have the chance to do just that as Cartoon Network

Live brings all your favourite characters to your doorstep. Featuring popular characters from Cartoon Network shows, such as: The Amazing World of Gumball, Ben 10, The Powerpuff Girls, and Adventure Time.

Characters from these shows were out and about in Johannesburg recently, and took the time to do some posing with fans.

Kids got to meet characters like Gumball and Darwin, Heatblast, Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, and Adventure Time’s, Jake and Finn.

Cartoon Network Live is a live-action stage play that tells the story of the scientist Kelvin Gizmo who takes us into the world of Cartoon Network, which is in danger thanks to an evil robot named Zarr.

The show will take audiences through familiar places from their favourite TV shows, including the land of Ooo, the city of Townsville and the suburban Elmore.

Cartoon Network Live will be coming to Cape Town later this year. You can catch your favourite animated heroes at the Grandwest Grand Arena from June 26 until July 1.
