Wine farm lifestyle awaits at Benguela
LOCATED within a protected nature reserve teeming with bird life, the 220 hectare Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate is a working wine and olive farm, and from the 124 plots released, 70 are still for sale.
Thirty- two homes within the luxury residential vineyard estate – which has strict but workable architectural controls to protect buyers’ investments – have been built.
According to Seeff agents, it is a “unique find” in the area, and has 65ha of vineyards, 10ha of olive groves, and produces award-winning wines.
“Residents enjoy fabulous panoramic water views, and views of the surrounding countryside, the Palmiet and Kogelberg mountains, and the vineyards and olive groves on the estate,” says agent Dinita Hewett.

There is also water access with a jetty and slipway, boating garages, a clubhouse and storage.
