The Topaz is first gem in new es­tate

A LUX­U­RI­OUS de­vel­op­ment in Cravenby Es­tate, just off the N2 high­way in the north­ern sub­urbs, was launched this month by As­rin Prop­erty Devel­op­ers.

The de­vel­op­ment is sited di­rectly op­po­site Avon­wood Square shop­ping cen­tre and is cen­trally lo­cated.

The Topaz, phase one of Gem­stone Es­tate, will have 42 units con­sist­ing of two bed­room, one bath­room apart­ments in three-storey walk-ups.

Prices range from R689 000, in­clud­ing VAT and trans­fer fees. The apart­ments will range in size from 47m2 to 56m2.

“Whether you’re a first-time buyer, a young fam­ily start­ing out, a down­scal­ing re­tiree or a buy-to-let in­vestor, this de­vel­op­ment of­fers all the con­ve­nience and lux­u­ries the north­ern sub­urbs have to of­fer,” says Re­hana Moosa, As­rin’s mar­ket­ing ex­ec­u­tive.

Sev­eral ground floor apart­ments have pri­vate en­closed gar­dens.

Fea­tures in­clude en­gi­neered stone counter-tops, ce­ramic tiles and lam­i­nated floor­ing, ovens, hobs and ex­trac­tor hoods, and an­odised alu­minium win­dows and slid­ing doors. All units will have so­lar panel wa­ter heat­ing and are wi-fi and DStv en­abled.

The Topaz will have elec­tric fenc­ing, laun­dry dry­ing yards, a refuse room and paved and land­scaped pub­lic open ar­eas.

There will be a guard­house and ac­cess con­trol at the en­trance. One park­ing bay per unit is in­cluded in the price.
