THE Sea Point Community Policing Forum covers Green Point, Mouille Point, Three Anchor Bay, Sea Point, Fresnaye and Bantry Bay. These areas are under Sea Point SAPS policing precinct.

Ward 54 consists of Sea Point, Fresnaye, Bantry Bay, Robben Island, Signal Hill, Camps Bay, Bakoven, Clifton, Three Anchor Bay and Oudekraal.
