1. DKNY GOLDEN DELICIOUS MILLION DOLLAR FRAGRANCE BOTTLE (R13M)

THE fascinating million dollar perfume, a limited collector’s edition, is fashioned out of 14-carat white and yellow gold. A mini New York skyline surrounds the gorgeous bottle, dazzling with more 2900 precious stones, including 183 yellow sapphires, 2700 white diamonds and four rose-cut diamonds.

The bottle is also adorned with a stunning assortment of jewels, including a 7.18-carat oval Cabochon sapphire from Sri Lanka, a 1.6-carat turquoise Paraiba tourmaline from Brazil, a 3.07-carat oval cut ruby, 15 vivid pink diamonds from Australia, a 4.03-carat pear shape rose cut diamond, and a 2.43-carat flawless vivid yellow Canary diamond.

Clearly, there’s no limit in the creation of this lavish beauty. The unique edition is a spawn of the house’s collaboration with iconic jewellery designer Martin Katz, and took almost 1 500 hours to make.

Featuring apple, sandalwood and white musk as the dominant notes, DKNY’s Golden Delicious certainly doesn’t stray too far from the apple tree.

2. CLIVE CHRISTIAN NO 1 IMPERIAL MAJESTY PERFUME – $12 722 PER OUNCE (30ml)

THE bottle is of nest polished crystal and with an 18-carat gold collar. So precious, that just 10 were made. Seven were snapped up by private collectors and the remaining three tour the world as part of Christian’s special collection.

As for the perfume itself, all Christian’s fans know that he considers his No 1 to be the best of the best and he calls it “the perfume of his heart”.

With creamy sandalwood at its base, this perfume mixes aromatic musk, warm clove, smooth vanilla and spiritedly vetiver. Bright top notes of bergamot and zesty Sicilian mandarin, balanced perfectly with soothing ylang-ylang and sweet, honeyed neroli.
